Q: How old is the data in your monthly reports?
A: Our monthly prospect reports contain information from permits that were issued within the last 90 days. Upon request, monthly reports can be customized to provide data from permits that were issued up to 1 year ago.

Q: In what format is the monthly prospect report available?
A: Monthly prospect reports are available in either paper or electronic format. Simply specify your preferred format at time of order.

Q: Do I have to sign up for a specific length of time when subscribing to your service?
A: No. Unless otherwise directed, MIS will continue to send your prospect reports on a monthly basis. You are free to stop the service at any time without penalty.

Q: How should I use this data for maximum return on my investment in the service?
A: Shortly after receiving their monthly report, a majority of our clients send a direct mail marketing piece to the prospects on their list. Prospect phone numbers have not been scrubbed against the state and federal do-not-call lists, so please use caution if choosing to do telemarketing.
